We are pleased to welcome you at Villa History Hotel. Located on the coast of the Baltic Sea, in the heart of the historical city of Zelenogradsk.

The reception operation hours is 24 hours a day

 

Room cleaning: rooms are cleaned daily from 09:00 to 16:00. If you would like your towels to be changed, please leave them on the bathroom floor.

 

Safety Box: In the hotel rooms, there is a safety box at your disposal. The hotel recommends that you keep your valuables in it. The hotel is not responsible for money and valuables which is not kept in the safety box.

Smoking: guests are NOT permitted to smoke in the rooms.

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Extra services: — copies of documents, sending e-mail, printing information — Extra bed and linen available, payment for extra bedding is according to hotel rates. -providing at the request of the guest: iron, ironing board -pool (only for hotel guests)

Rules for the swimming pool.

 

  1. Guests are obligated to follow public order and generally accepted standards of behavior, and to behave respectfully towards other visitors of the swimming pool.
  2. Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool from 09:00 to 21:00 according to the schedule.
  3. Children under 7 years of age are not allowed in the swimming pool. Children from 7 to 14 years old may only use the swimming pool if accompanied by an adult. Persons under the care of children are responsible for their safety as well as for damages caused by them.
  4. The hotel cannot be held liable for injuries, damages and losses caused to persons visiting the swimming pool.
  5. Visitors are responsible for their personal safety in the swimming pool who are acquainted with the rules of the pool. Swimming pool users are not allowed:

 

— enter the swimming pool without taking a shower.

— Take a dive.

— Leaving children unattended

— Entering the swimming pool while being intoxicated by alcohol or other substances.
